Respect

Every worker brings value to the jobsite. Respect means recognizing skill, experience, and contribution, and ensuring all workers can perform at their best without distraction.

Inclusion

Jobsites function at their highest level when every worker feels like part of the team. Inclusion ensures workers have the information, tools, and support they need to do their work safely and productively.

Safety

True jobsite safety includes both physical protection and a culture where workers can speak up, look out for one another, and stop unsafe or disrespectful behavior without fear of retaliation.

Equity

Equity means a level playing field where training, opportunities, and resources are distributed fairly, sothat all workers—regardless of background—can succeed and stay in the industry. An equitable site is a productive site.
